The Best Pizza Around. Fresh toppings, tasty delish pizza... Need I say more ??

Having moved to Gold Beach from Medford we were looking for a pizza place that we could become regulars at. We tried Sunset Pizza and it was OK, so we decided to try the other "big" pizza place in town, Panther's Den. While service was fast and friendly the pizza itself left a lot to be desired. The pepperoni was easily the greasiest I've ever had, and there was a severe lack of cheese on it. In fact, our entire pepperoni pizza was orange just from the grease. Normally I would have given PD a 2/5, but I took one off for the food poisoning I got after eating here.

Unfortunately the pizza selection just isn't up to par in Gold Beach, and I'm thinking it would be for the better if I just started making the drive to Brookings when the need for a pizza arises.

Who woulda thought such great pizza could be a in a small dinky coastal town.

Spicy and tangy tomato pizza sauce graces the thin, New York style crust with your choice of veggies and just the right amount of cheese.

Good pizza at Panthers Den.

The only problem is that this is the kind of pizza that you can't just eat a couple slices. I must of ate half a large pizza.
They also have a good salad buffet.

I liked it alot and the next time we're in Gold Beach, I'll be returning.
