Dim sum finally arrived in Corvallis after waiting for decades, and the quality exceeded my expectations, especially considering the surprising variety available for takeout and dine-in. The house-made scallion pancakes and flavorful entrees like Ma Po tofu and eggplant in garlic sauce felt authentic and comforting, making this my go-to for Chinese food in town. While the service can be a bit slow during busy times, the friendly staff and consistently fresh dishes, including a standout Thai tea, keep me coming back again and again.

Dim sum finally came to Corvallis after waiting for years, and it's a game-changer. The takeout was surprisingly good, and now it's our new favorite spot in town. Portland's dim sum might have more variety, but having it right here, without the long drive, is a real treat.
