During my visit to Hood River, The Shed immediately stood out with its warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service despite the holiday rush. Owen, our attentive server, kept our drinks flowing and guided us through a menu full of flavorful dishes, including the unforgettable garlic butter mesquite salmon and the lightly breaded pork schnitzel that rivaled anything I've tasted in Germany. The combination of a cozy dive bar vibe, generous pours like the $11.50 Blanton's, and a lively crowd made each evening feel special, especially with the elegant seating area perfect for a relaxed, inviting night out.
