Stopping by Kelly's near East End Market introduced me to some delicious flavors like coffee and Oreo dough ice cream, with friendly staff and plenty of seating creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their rotating monthly specials, variety of dairy-free options made with oatmilk, and consistently great service make it a go-to for satisfying cravings and sharing sweet moments.
