I visited the restaurant on the evening of Saturday the 23rd. Long story short, I departed the restaurant after sitting at a table waiting patiently for about 15 minutes without my presence being acknowledged. Although clearly aware of my waiting, the waitresses must have walked past me about 7 times totally ignoring me. On my way out the door, the waitresses, while witnessing our exit, didn't even bother to question the reason for my departure. I certainly wouldn't have any qualms waiting longer had they affirmed that they were going to "be with me shortly," or at least attempt to show me some attention. It's not difficult to have an ounce of professionalism. To add insult to injury, the waitresses even served other customers that arrived after me. Worst of all, this was the third time I had experienced the exact treatment. Therefore, I felt obliged to capture such dreadful customer service. It is not a good practice for an employee to allow customers to leave, given that they work for tips. That is evidently self-defeating!
