This bakery came highly recommended by several of my close friends. After I listened to how they rant & raved about Nikki's desserts for 30mins!
I felt I had to try this place... Mind you, these ladies are super anal about food!
So, a few weeks ago, I gave Nikki a call... Let me tell you, Nikki Elouise's Sweet Potato Pies are soooo addictive!! We bought 5 pies. I ate 3/4 of the first pie by myself, in one sitting!! I highly recommend getting some of her "from scratch" whip cream with your order...OMG!!! The pie is ridiculous by itself, but with the whip cream combination, its hard to describe!
I'm a Georgia gal, raised in the country. So, I'm accustom to desserts being made from scratch. Not that cute stuff that tastes like processed sugar (ie. Patty LaBelle's pies)! I'm talking about that good ole country home-style cooking Big Momma made. I haven't found these type of desserts anywhere else in Orlando. Trust me, I've tried...
Nikki Elouise is the REAL DEAL!! I'm working my way down their menu. Every dessert I've tried, looks like their pictures and taste amazing! Nikki's desserts make your mouth salivate and force you to eat it with your eyes closed... IT IS THAT GOOD!! We purchased 5 pies... Between the three of us, they lasted till the next day!
Last month I told my family about Nikki's. Apparently, they've ordered to!! The consensus is, this is now "THE" go to bakery for my entire family. The staff is friendly and their desserts are delicious every time! I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!... And Yes, you better believe, we did Lick The Plate!!

Nikki's cakes are gorgeous! I ordered the Carrot Cake, RedVelvet Cake and Cheesecake for a birthday. The presentation was beautiful and her customer service is phenomenal. When we took the first bite, we knew she was the real deal. My mouth is beginning to salivate just thinking about it... Thank you so much Nikki! Talent like yours is rare.
