4 times I've been here 3 for lunch and 1 for dinner lunch always perfect, the 1 time I went for dinner it's not as good as lunch, but acceptable, I went 2 times for dinner local nice place very big and full, but this time the cobo was horrible, they serve food like pre cooked fast food old and badly heated, i am very disappointed i understand that since the place is big prepare something first, but you have to know how to do this kind of work, because if the result is fast food food with restaurant prices I think it's better to have fewer covers and give quality food, only apologies from the waiter, the managers didn't even give their face, perhaps they already know where they are shortage that is ashamed

My husband and I went to New York Beer Project for lunch today and were promptly seated. After ten to fifteen minutes, we began to wonder if anyone was going to be serving us and flagged down another waitress who kindly took our drink order.
Once our designated waitress showed up, service from that point forward was spotty at best. I understand that it was Sunday brunch and busy, but there were a lot of empty tables in the restaurant and our server was giving a lot more attention to the tables that had parties of four or more people. At one point, we had to shout and clap our hands to get her attention. And that is something we have NEVER had to do before.
The food was okay but nothing special. The portions were a decent size. My husband reckons the beef prices are pretty good. At least our waitress comped a the beers because of the service.
This was our first and most likely last visit to New York Beer Project. We eat out a fair amount and this dining experience was, hands down, one of the worst ever.
