I ordered the large tofu with rice and peas, plantains, cabbage, boiled banana, and sweet potato through a delivery app, and the stewed tofu sauce was incredibly flavorful while the plantains were soft and sweet. When I visited in person, the friendly cook explained the menu, and I enjoyed the red sauce tofu plate with mac and cheese and potato salad, along with the seafood kallaloo, all served with excellent customer service that made the experience even better.

I discovered a wonderful eatery while I was on my way to another Caribbean restaurant, and I decided to try their red sauce tofu plate, which was incredibly delicious. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I can't wait to return to explore more items on the menu.
