The Egg foo yung was cold, the Gen Tso Chicken was barely warm as was the Bourbon chicken. The desert pastry puffs tasted old and stale, the fried rice was cold. Only a few trays on the buffet line had steam coming up between them to indicate they were being kept warm. The only edible thing I tried was the broccoli/bacon salad, the imitation crab meat salad, and the stuffed mushrooms. The server never came to ask us for refills on our drinks until we were ready to leave. No wonder the parking lot was so sparse. I will not go back or refer anyone unless they want to risk salmonella poisoning.
