I randomly decided to swing by the Electric Kitchen food truck at the Tasty Tuesday event in the Milk District last night. The lineup was pretty long, but I found out why - the butternut squash gnocchi was an absolute dream, and the fried yucca with tropical aioli was a total hit. Despite the wait, the food was totally worth it, and I'll definitely be going back for more!
