My first time here was to watch the soccer game. I decided to stop in because it was game time and they have a banner promoting the team visible from the street. I won't be back.
There were too many mistakes being made by every single person working there that I witnessed not only as far as I was concerned but other patrons as well.
Orders were not being put in, and orders were wrong, the staff didn't table-touch thereby losing a ton of business. And when they did check on people at the car, it was infrequent which means they lost more money.
One employee thought it was ok to eat in front of customers. I guess she comes there to eat and not to work. I'll assume she's the boss. She also kept having frustrated faces as if she was overwhelmed and although it was during a game, they weren't packed. You all need training from someone that "gets it" because now be if you realize how much money you lost that night.
