The fresh fish and authentic Japanese flavors here consistently satisfy my cravings, especially the salmon donburi and bluefin toro when available. The atmosphere is casual and homey, with friendly and attentive service despite its small size and limited staff. Though the hours can be unpredictable, the quality and taste make every visit worth the wait, and I look forward to trying more dishes on future trips.
