After a small mix-up with a special, the manager personally reached out to make things right, which I truly appreciated. The pizza, especially the Queens Deluxe with green olives swapped in, arrived piping hot with perfectly cooked dough and flavorful toppings, while the attentive staff ensured quick service in a cozy, dimly lit setting that felt just right for a casual meal.

Recently had a small issue with a special offer at NYPD Pizza, but the manager took the initiative to personally address the situation and ensure my satisfaction. The thin crust pizza I ordered, the Queens Deluxe with a swap of green peppers for green olives, was delivered piping hot and delicious, showcasing the professionalism of the staff. While the dim atmosphere may be common in similar establishments, the attentive waitstaff and quick service made for an overall enjoyable dining experience.
