Since last year, the booths got a makeover with lower backs, shiny new floors, banquette seating by the windows, and stools back at the counter, making the whole place much brighter and inviting. I indulged in the Ultimate BLT and the blackened mahi-mahi sandwich during back-to-back visits-both delicious, served quickly with generous portions, and the staff was super attentive, though the prices lean toward the pricey side given the hotel setting.
