To the owner: Please know that I had the worst customer service experience from Addie, your sister, who was proud to make that known. SHE WAS RUDE AND SHORT! The order was not correct, she did not offer to correct it until after I made it known that I'm not in error. Lastly, she also made it known that calling you (the owner) is no big deal as in to say she is ABSOLUTELY the final word.
So I gave her my final word that i will not be back, as well I will make it my business to share with everyone that i can not to patronize you. Also, as a community person, I do not wish to have businesses that treat customers like you do on this community. If you are going to make money off of this neighbourhood, you will have to respect the people of this community.
Since Addie is your manager and sister who runs your family owned and operated business, she must be a reflection of you and your styling of service. And please know that the pizza was bad and not what I ordered!
TO ALL READERS PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU ARE THE PERSON IN CONTROL OF BUSINESSES. THEY ALL WANT OUR MONEY AND IF WE ARE GOING TO GIVE IT TO THEM, MAKE THEM GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU DESERVE AND PAY FOR!!!!
