As a member of their club, I received an email about a free small Italian ice on 10/31 if dressed in costume, and dogs can always get a free Doggy cup. However, when I visited with my son in costume, the staff at the drive-thru window tried to charge us and discarded our ice creams when we refused to pay, which was embarrassing and disappointing. On a positive note, the location offers a drive-thru, friendly staff, various delicious flavors including unique combinations like Oreo cookie crumbs layered in mint chocolate chip, and seasonal options such as pumpkin, making it a convenient and enjoyable option for Italian ice and gelato lovers.

As a proud member of their rewards club, I was thrilled to learn about a special offer for free small Italian ice on Halloween for those in costume, only to face disappointment when my son and I were charged due to our outfits not meeting their approval. Despite the drive-thru convenience and friendly staff, our experience soured when our ice creams were discarded rather than honored as promised, leaving us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. While the variety of flavors and outdoor seating are appealing, the service I encountered has led me to seek my icy treats elsewhere.
