I do not live in Oshkosh, but called to have a gift certificate charged to my credit card and mailed to me for a Christmas gift for a couple who frequents Mr. Cinders weekly.
After three attemps, of being told - don't know how to do it.....too busy at the time, I finally found out I was speaking to the manager - who did not know how to sell gift certificates. When I questioned him, he become very rude and asked if I was the rude person that had been calling for the past two days. When i told him i would not purchase the gift certificate, he told me he really did not care.
Needless to say, above couple now has a gift certificate from Perkins, which is located across the street from Mr. Cinders.
