During my visit to Ottawa, I chose Genji for its wide variety of traditional and unique Japanese dishes, and I found the sushi to be exceptionally fresh with flavorful options like uni and tuna tartare on a fried rice crust. The atmosphere is cozy with attentive staff, though the restaurant can be a bit loud due to its size, and while the prices are somewhat high, the quality and presentation of the food reflect the care put into the dining experience.
