One chilly November evening, my family and I went all out with a massive Chinese feast from Willie's, ordering enough food to feed an army-and still ended up with leftovers! The crispy beef stole the show on my plate, while the chicken balls held their own even without sauce, and the slightly spicy Szechuan shrimp added just the right kick. After decades of ordering from here, I can confidently say the portions are huge, the flavors are consistently delicious, and the friendly service makes every meal feel like a celebration.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We ordered online, and after an hour I received an e-mail explaining that my order was 'refused'. They didn't even have the decency to call me. We called them four times to get them to pick up the phone and when they did they explain that their online ordering is down. Would one not think that if it was down there would either be a note on the website or a phone call to those who's orders do not go through? There was not. They then went on to tell us that delivery would be an hour and a half, after already making us wait an hour. I'm sure the food might have been fine, had it ever arrived. I will never order food from this place ever again.
