This place used to be the best in Ottawa, since they hired few new people with zero customer service experience they started going downhill. Last few times I got old dark ground meat (which means its old), dark steaks and when I asked how old were the steaks I was kicked out of the shop! Owner did not care about anything except swiping my card for the transaction. I will never return there and I would not advise anyone else to go especially that they charge more than any other meat shop. So you are paying more to get leftover meat and they would also disrespect you along the way. STAY AWAY!
