Not happy, made my order through drive through. My chicken fingers were not ready,was told to park in the parking lot which I did. Waited 5 minutes was not served yet. So I decided to go in maybe busy. Not busy, my cashier Amy was not busy, merely standing around. Seen my bag sitting under the warmer. I asked the lady at the counter when she wasn't busy if my drive through order was ready. She asked Amy and she she yes just had to take it out, 10 maybe 15 minutes later. Was not happy, food was great, service was not.

C'mon guys - seriously? Empty parking lot - only one car ahead of me in the drive thru - 8 minute wait, I figured "Good, I'm getting fresh" - Nope. Your flagship burger the Cheddar Bacon Uncle was just barely warm and hard on the outside. Even the cheese looked like it had been melted some time earlier and was cold, hard and dark. A side of three strips - same story. Cold and limp. Two bites in and I couldn't bring myself to finish it. 4 o'clock in the afternoon - this was supposed to by my dinner. Thanks ever so much.

I love A&W but not this one. Been out this way for work for the past 3 weeks and was happy to see the A&W as a lunch and dinner option for me but I haven't had a good order from them yet. Cold burgers and fries, limp o-rings, cold chicken strips... condiments smeared all over the outside of the burger bags... no napkins... burgers that look like they'e been slapped together by a 4 year old... what's going on in there? Can't wait to get back to Ottawa and my regular A&W haunt and think I'll head over to Wendy's until my contract is up.

Not bad, but not great either. Burgers I think had sat for a bit before we got ours. Pretty pricey for cold food.

Carol and Francine changed this renfrew restaurant to an awesome place to eat . It’s a lot cleaner and the food and service are top notch

They'd closed the dining room during the recent COVID business so it was take out and drive thru only and they appear to be running with minimal staff. In spite of this, they delivered up freshly cooked meals in a decent amount of time with a smile.

Small place with a small staff but they somehow manage. Great food made fresh that you just can't get at other fast food places and who doesn't love their root beer?
