I really enjoy hanging out at this cozy little coffee spot. Their chai lattes are seriously better than any other place I've tried. Plus, they always have leftover donuts from Maverick's that are super cheap and still delicious. The atmosphere is great for studying, catching up with friends, or just chilling out.
