Kicking off 2023 with a lively group of 18, we indulged in a feast that captured the true essence of Portuguese cooking-each dish brought to life with authentic flavors and heartfelt care, especially the mind-blowing chicken and freshly baked breads. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between cozy and classy, creating a relaxed environment where the warm, attentive service never missed a beat despite our boisterous presence. While the wrapped cod lacked a bit of punch and the steak was underwhelming, the salted fish's boldness and the smooth, prompt drink service more than made up for it, leaving us eager to return for another culinary adventure.

Starting off 2023 at Portugalos was an unforgettable experience, as our group of 18 enjoyed the warm and welcoming service without disturbing other diners. The cozy, classy ambiance perfectly suited our family gathering, and the authenticity of the Portuguese cuisine took me back to my friend's mother's cooking, with no corners cut. While the fish could use some improvement, the succulent chicken and incredible soup made every penny worth it, making this a must-visit for anyone in the area.
