The bubble waffles at Golden Bubbles in Byward Market are absolutely delicious, especially when paired with their unique ice cream cones. The flavors are a bit different from what you might find elsewhere, but the experience is definitely worth it. The staff is friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality you're getting.
