Ashley absolutely nailed the service with speedy, attentive care and some seriously tasty signature drinks that kept the vibe lively. Between Amy's warm welcome behind the bar, the hearty portions like the spicy buffalo chicken strips and impressive fajitas, plus the bonus of local ingredients and sweet hotel perks, dinner at 5th Street Bistro turned my work trip into a delicious adventure I'll gladly repeat.

I had an amazing experience at the 5th Street Bistro inside The Holiday Inn Palmdale. The bartender, Amy, was incredibly friendly and remembered my favorite drink. The food was delicious, with generous portions and fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
