Room was clean. However, one straight back chair and the bed were the only places to sit. Bathroom was the best of the weekend experience. It looked newly renovated and had a great shower. At the restaurant, ordered clam chowder, shrimp, cole slaw and a baked potato. The potato took the prize for the best item on the plate. The chowder had slices of every vegetable known to man. The shrimp was breaded at least three times (I guess so I couldn't see how small it was.) Forget the cole slaw. Ordered, Italian cake for dessert, but could have eaten the napkin, they were of the same consistance. The following morning, same place for breakfast. Was informed there is not a menu, it was up to the chef what he/she would prepare. What he/she prepared was cold scrambled eggs, partially cooked bacon and a warm pancake. I asked for orange juice and received an orange drink. Needless to say, I had dinner at another location. My final day, I went downstairs for breakfast again. Same cold, scrambled eggs, almost raw bacon and warm pancakes (there were 2 this time!) I asked what kind of juice was available and was told, only orange. Of course, I received the ORANGE DRINK!! Later, a woman behind me ordered and received a glass of tomato juice. I was my first and last time to visit this location. Some advice...get rid of the chef and hire a cook!
