Amazing bakery. Everything is top quality. The reviewer who left a bad review should go to one of the many coffee shops in town and then the grocery store. But if you want excellent croissants, muffins, sticky buns, or bread at a very reasonable price, take the two seconds required to see the schedule, then go to Six Hand. The bakery in Blairsville is okay, but this place is way better.

We love everything we've tried! Chocolate mousse tarte just amazing, spinach feta sandwich, praline pecan cookies, breads, strawberry muffins...all SO good! It is true that days/hours are limited, but it appears that they sell out and prefer to remain small, and that is their choice!! Most locals have learned the schedule, have a weekly menu on our refrigerators, and look forward to open days! They don't specialize in coffee, but there are great coffee shops uptown, as well!

This is a poor excuse for a French Bakery. Nearly never open. When it is open, the pickins are slim and small and overpriced for what you get. I asked if the coffee was fresh around noon when I visited. The baker/clerk told me positively that she made the coffee at 8 a.m. and waited for me to buy it. This would not be fresh coffee in my book. Really, go to Blairsville for a good European bakery where you get what you pay for. Good idea. Too bad it is so lacking.
