The chicken sandwich dinner with red beans and rice and coleslaw was packed with flavor-the chicken was juicy, the sides perfectly cooked, and the owner's friendly service made the wait worthwhile. Having tried Uncle Moe's catfish and mac and cheese at local events, I can say the portions are generous, the seasoning is spot-on, and the vibe around the food truck truly reflects authentic Southern hospitality.

The mac and cheese offered here is exceptional, and the customer service stands out as some of the best in town. After trying a variety of dishes, including the cajun catfish and fried chicken, I was impressed by the quality and flavor, making it clear that this food truck is a must-visit in Gettysburg.

found these guys @ gettysburg grand nat'l car show. right behind where I hadda' park our show car. well I commenced to cleaning, and they commenced to cooking, and they had my tongue hanging around my knees for much of the day!! started with breakfast sandwich, sorry, no coffee, but good just the same. spotted a small sign in window,free sample cajun catfish, well i like catfish anyway, just not real spicy,so I was a little leery. i tried the sample, & boy!!, it was Fabulous!! got an whole order, not spicy at all, just enough ,hot tender, best I have ever had, & plenty of it!!These guys are the Real "YYUUUUUUUMMMM!", not that burgher joint !! if you see them, give 'em a try, wish I lived closer, but maybe they'll do fall Hershey car show, I'll be lookin' for 'em :) ;) :).....!!!

Best food truck ever! Love the catfish but I hope you bring the collard greens back again when y'all set up at the Gettysburg 4th of July fireworks. Sure missed them last year with the dinners. Since the 4th is also my birthday your dinners make it extra special to me. Thank you for all the great food y'all served up over the years and in the years ahead.
