Driving past Flour & Oats for years, I finally stepped inside to see what all the buzz was about. Growing up on Long Island and having worked at a top bakery, I have a knack for quality baked goods. Despite some misses with the fillings and flavors, the cookies at Flour & Oats were truly exceptional, with a charming shop and friendly service to match.
