Ordered from drive thru, 16 piece chicken dinner with sides and biscuits, waited 45 minutes, was assured that all the food was in 2 bags, drove the 17 miles to my house [family wanted Popeye's] only to find that I had paid almost $42 for 3 chicken tenders, FF and a biscuit and a container of beans and rice, more French Fries and a container of mac and cheese. I then had to go to Royal Farms [near me] and buy $22 worth of chicken so that the family had meat. I tried to call Popeye"s for hours and the phone just kept ringing, with NO answer. The next day I called and was told too bad, you should have checked the order before you left! I asked to speak to the manager and was told that they were too busy to come to the phone. Well, I will not be giving them any business, ever again.
