Despite being run by just a couple of people, the kitchen consistently delivers fresh, perfectly cooked dishes with adjustable spice levels, showcasing a true mastery of Chinese-American classics. Whether enjoying a hearty $15 meal to share or a solo $10 dish, the fast, friendly service and thoughtfully prepared food keep me coming back again and again.

The dumplings and won ton soup are a must-try, along with the Singapore noodles, Shrimp egg rolls, and fried chicken wings paired with their house made mustard and Duck sauce - the packaged condiments just don't cut it. Hong Kong Kitchen has quickly become my top go-to for affordable takeout in the neighborhood, offering generous portion sizes ideal for sharing. The menu offers a variety of flavorful sauces like orange, general tso, kung pao, and sesame, all of which can be adjusted for spice levels to suit your preference, making it a solid choice for a satisfying Chinese meal.

Ordered Young Chow Fried Rice, shrimp egg rolls and wonton soup. It was all delicious the first time ordering from this establishment. GREAT JOB - The young chow fried rice was excellent.
