I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Armenian soujuk and lahmajun I ordered from a small family-owned establishment in a residential neighborhood. The soujuk sausages were savory and paired perfectly with tomatoes or eggs, while the lahmajun was a delicious and authentic treat that reminded me of my grandmother's cooking.
