Stop yesterday May 25,2022 at Hermitage Popeye’s ask for a Large Red beans and rice.
It was $6.14 I said to girl that’s a lot of money just for a Large.I paid it and this morning I check the on line menu for a Large was$3.99 wtf?
I try calling the store and all I get is a pre recorded message saying this mailbox is not accepting message and voicemail has not been Actived Wft?

Best chicken sandwich ever! REAL piece of chicken (unlike any I've ever tasted) and lots of it. Fries are seasoned and hot..not laying on a table to get cold. Delicious rice and beans too! Sauces for dipping are superb. Excited to return to try their Lenten fish sandwich (unfortunately they were sold out of fish by 5:20 yesterday)

Couldn't place proper order on line due to items not being there and system not working properly called and spoke to restaraunt when ordered. Husband went to pick up wrong food given they were asking him the order. He was picking up he did not know what the order was. I ordered online they had my number and could have called and chose not to. 2 small macaroni and cheeses don't equal a large especially when they were less than half filled. Did not receive beans and rice. Chicken sandwiches were ice cold and old. In fact they werent't even eaten. Cajun rice was a gummy clump. Called spoke to so called manager that wouldn't give me her name nor would listen. Not even sure if she truly was a manager. Would like to speak with owner. 2x times in the last 3 weeks have had horrible service, cold food and missing food. Actually no need to speak with anyone. I am no longer spending my hard earned money during these times on a restaraunt that doesn't care. To the owner if you care about your restaraunt you wolud get a new managerand not use online ordering if your restaraunt can't handle it. If you value your spend it anywhere else. Mc Donold's would have been better and we don't like Mc Donalds.

I take my 90 year old mother out once a month. Today I took her to Hermitage and we stopped at Popeye's drive thru for lunch. The chicken sandwich's were old. The chicken was hard, cold and dry. The bun was soggy from the pickle. Huge disappointment! I don't think you should have to ask for a fresh sandwich when you order. Rather you should have to ask for an old, cold soggy one if that is what you want. Would have gone back but mom was tired and we live in Greenville. Hope we choose better next month!
