Ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli and croissant from grubhub delivery. Driver arrives and says: "She didn't have anything you ordered but gave me this stuff instead." He handed me a stale donut, a blueberry muffin (that was still partially frozen), and a half dozen chicken wings that weren't cooked. No phone call. Didn't cancel order. Tried to just inexplicably throw something out the door and justify that? And to send uncooked chicken that will get someone sick... shut down the operation if that is how you normally do business. If it was an anomaly, let's pray it doesn't happen to anyone else.
