Store #2305 in Edmonton is very bad. Service was terrible and so was the food. Everything was old and stale

THIS IS A TERRIBLE ARBYS . I NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD . THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO WAIT ON ME .
THEY LOOKED UP SAW ME STANDING AT THE COUNTER AND NEVER SAID A WORD. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I WAS EVEN THERE.
IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN , PLEASE DONT GO THERE. THEY DONT SERVE BLACK PEOPLE .

I placed an order online. My coworker picked it up for me. They didn't give her my drink, my sandwich wasn't on the right roll and the beef didn't taste fresh. On top of that the shake machine is never working. So disappointed!!
