The ribs and wings are generously portioned with good-quality meat, though they lean a bit too charred and dry for my taste. The seasoned fries, likely dusted with Old Bay, stand out as a flavorful highlight, while the mac and cheese brings a moderate spice that didn't quite suit me, and the cornbread falls a little flat. Despite some side dishes missing the mark and prices feeling steep on the ribs, the smoky meats and variety of sauces create an overall satisfying barbecue experience that keeps me coming back.

The ribs and wings at Redd's have generous portions and good quality. The fries are seasoned with a delicious blend that reminds me of old bay. While the mac n cheese was a bit too spicy for my liking, the standout here is definitely the well-cooked meats.
