Love this place and patronize it often, even though it’s a 40 minute drive, it’s well worth it!!
A lively atmosphere with a friendly and accommodating staff that works together to ensure your dining experience is special.
The entertainment is a bonus, something for everyone! We are definitely “hooked” on this place!!

The website stated that all employees wear masks, not ONE employee was wearing one. Tables crammed close together. I went to the ladies room to wash my hands. The door was propped open, the stench was just awful. The restroom was filthy. I couldn't wash my hands quick enough to get out of there. On my back to our table our server was standing in the hostess area with two other young ladies. Laughing and dipping food into a container, all the while licking their fingers. Other employees were walking out of the kitchen always chewing on something. We are still dealing with a pandemic.Good hygiene is still required. We will never go back to the restaurant, and told our friends about our experience.If I could rate this place lower than a one star I would do it!

Our favorite place to go, relaxing atmosphere, staff remembers who you are and goes out of their way to provide great service. Have had a lot of family gatherings there, most recently made reservations for our son and his friends for their prom dinner. Mike and the staff went out of their way to make the evening most special for all of them including putting REAL flowers and vases on the table. This is just one of the many great experiences we have had with the staff there. Got to give credit where credit is due, if you are planning an event or just a night out they are top of the line, the real deal! Thanx again and keep up the good work guys!

We made reservations for thirty people a week ahead of time. The day of our reservation the hostess called and said I needed to give them an true count of my guest. I told her I did not have one that is why we made it for thirty people. Then she proceeds to tell me that we have to be out of there by 8:00. So I go and let them know we have reservations at 6:00 I get brushed off. We wait till 6:30 finally get settled at three different tables. Then they go to one of the tables and tell them that they have to move because that table is reserved for some one else. I will never go there again. Not at all professional and very rude with there cursing and rudeness. Thanks to the other establishment that gave us great service and made a 1000.00 dollars off of our group.

The worst meal and service that I have ever had at a restaurant. The server was great, but the chef, manager, and owner of the restaurant sealed the deal, I will never go back there. My meal was not cooked as asked; when I sent it back, it came out even worse. When the server asked management to "look" at it or "talk" to us -- there were 3 people who walked by glaring at my plate; then stopping at the half wall behind our table, saying: "I hate when people complain about a meal after they have eaten more than half of it." If they had bothered to take a closer look (or even to talk to me); they might have noticed that it was not eaten (the server noticed). They proceeded to argue with the server (within hearing of our table). They did not take the meal off the ticket (which is what the server recommended since I couldn't eat most of it); When we asked to talk to the manager or owner, we had the manager who gave us more "attitude" and was insulting. He didn't "like our attitude" and he had a good business going without us. Good for him. The establishment obviously doesn't care whether their customers are happy or satisfied with their meals.

My family went there for dinner for birthday celebrations. Made reservations for 10 and when we got there they told us we had no reservations. Menu is very limited and don't go there for a steak dinner. Tried their 16 oz black diamond which I never heard of and it ended up being 2 8 oz steaks . The steaks were cut in half resembling 4 pieces of beef jerky (shoe leather). I complained to the wait staff and was told that the owner would be out to talk to me. I was told that 3 times and he never showed his face. Ended up paying for a steak that I couldn't eat. To bad it's great atmosphere and now all they need is a menu to go with it.
I am a local resident ..won't be going back anytime soon.

We love it! Great food, friendly staff and a place for everyone. You can sit in the dining room if you want a relaxed atmosphere. You can sit by the bar and watch the game. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. What a great place to go with 2 people or 20 people. The only complaint I have is they don't accept reservations for less than 8 people. This has kept us from coming a couple times.

We won't be back !! Have been trying for months to get reservations for six and it isn't allowed, no questions asked. Don't bother unless you're party is eight or larger. So disappointing, used to visit all the time and spend big money, no more, we'll go somewhere else.

I went to Pier 87 for the first time for my retirement dinner on May 20 and both the food and the service were excellent! I can't wait to take my family there this summer to let them experience a great restaurant in our area!

Went to Pier 87 tonight for the first time.First day of June and the place was packed.Sat out on the porch. Food and service was excellent.My husband and I will be back very soon.

We had heard good things about Pier 87 so we decided on the spur of the moment to head there for dinner. Parking lot was packed so we figured a long wait but we were seated within minutes due to large dining room area. We chose the porch overlooking the beautiful creek. What a meal! Food was fantastic. The house Balsamic vinagarette is to die for. Service was so quick because the owner/manager is smart enough to know if you hire enough people everyone is served in a timely manner. Great place.

We chose Pier 87 to celebrate our mother's 84th birthday on March 22,2013, There were 18 family members including 7 little one's so,this was a challenge to say the least for the wait staff!!. We had excellent service, very friendly, professional and attentive and the food was "Out o' Bounds" Thank you for making our mom's birthday a joyful experience and we can't wait to visit again! God bless
