Do NOT order ANYTHING from this business! I called an order for a pizza and dessert stick tonight a little before 6pm. I was told it would be between 1/2 hour to 45 minutes wait for delivery, no problem. Over an hour later, my fiancée called to see where the delivery guy was at and was told that "he should've left by now". Going on 1 1/2 hours later I personally called Arts Pizza back to ask why this is taking twice as long as the longest estimated time. This time I was told that the guys car broke down and he should be there any minute. I asked why nobody called me to let me know as I could have ordered a pizza from somewhere else rather than waiting an hour and a half. I then told him that I did not want a cold pizza. He said "yeah, but he should be there any minute and it would be the manager that would be coming out so I could just talk to him directly" I have that guy my phone number and asked him to call me back so I would know where he was. The delivery guy finally showed up and I asked him why it took twice as long as estimated he said they were busy. I said he could have called because that was twice as long as estimated. He never mentioned anything about his car breaking down. He then stood there waiting to get paid but I told him I was checking the pizza first to make sure it was warm. It was at that moment he got extremely defensive and said he was just going to take the pizza back instead and not leave it with us. I said to him that it was poor customer service and that he should have called or brought a new, warm pizza. Ironically, he then said he was the owner and did not need to take that talk from anyone. It was at that moment my fiancée came outside on the porch and got involved. He told the "owner" that he was the landlord of these 41 units and to leave his property and never come back again as he will be trespassing after tonight. You see, they did not have permission to solicit our tenants and put flyers on anyone's doors, but we did not make a big deal until we were treated so rudely by such an ignorant, foul-mouthed and obscene gesture making business owner. I proceeded to inform him that I too was a business owner and would make sure other consumers and business owners were aware of such treatment to his customers and his only response was "so what, I don't care". Any legitimate business owner would care and recognize how invaluable customer service truly is! All he had to do was offer an honest apology and make things right...but a cold pizza should be a no-no in the pizza business, among everything else. Oh did I forget to mention that my mid-sixty year old Mother witnessed him flipping me and my fiancée off as he threatened to call the police on US!!!!!

I read other reviews to find this is not out-of-the-ordinary for this business or owner. Save yourself the hassle and headache and order from a business that appreciates getting your business!!

By the way, we ordered from D & G in Beaver Falls and had our pizza within 15 minutes with a friendly and courteous manner!
