Wow, the pizza at the Emmaus Farmer's Market is absolutely delicious. Since moving from New York, we haven't been able to find a pizza in PA that compares. Switchback's thin crust and quality ingredients really stand out from the typical options around here. It's so good that I wish they would open a restaurant!
