Amy is an incredibly kind and thorough waitress who, along with the friendly owners and consistently delicious, generously portioned breakfast and lunch offerings-including perfect pancakes, eggs, and the best Reuben I've ever had-makes Pauline's Deli near the courthouse and train station my favorite local spot to visit regularly despite some occasional slow service and less-than-friendly behavior from a staff member presumed to be in charge.

Amy is an exceptional waitress, full of kindness and attention to detail, making every visit enjoyable. However, I was taken aback by Anna's rude behavior towards her staff, which felt out of place in such a warm setting. The food is consistently delicious, especially the all-day breakfast; my personal favorite is the perfectly cooked pancakes and the amazing Reuben sandwich.
