Never have a problem with the food here but for some reason they can't give any kind of an accurate pickup time. The last 3 times I've ordered food I've had to sit in the restaurant an average of 25 mins waiting for my food even though I've been there on time.

Don't bother. The food is pretty good, but the service is just awful. They act like they're doing you a favor by taking your money, rather than providing customer service and being happy for the business (especially in this economy). If you order over the phone to pick up and you don't want a certain topping, you better lie and say you're allergic to get them to actually listen, or you're getting that topping whether you want it or not. The person who takes the order always repeats it back correctly, so the cook must just ignore the instructions.
