I go to Dunkin and get 4 ppls coffee every day spending about 15 a day if not more. About 8 times out of ten they r wrong. Either they r giving a hot instead of a cold or adding cream and sugar when u don't ask for it or vise versa. Now I am never rude to the staff however I am getting coffee not only for myself but 3 other ppl so if they r not right that's on me. So the other day when I was there I asked for an iced coffee my order is also just about the same everyday on top of it so keep that in mind. So the other day the girl put in for a hot coffee instead of the iced I told one of the girls that it was wrong it was supposed to be an iced. So she fixed it I thanked her now the next day when I was placing my order the asst mgr now mind U rudely says to me r u sure it's right cause yesterday u said it was wrong and I said to her I'm sorry but it was wrong I asked for an iced and got a hot and I said I am sorry but I am a paying customer and I should be getting what I paid and order. Well she then says to me I'm not waiting on u or taking your order. I walked out and said ok we'll see about this. Then my daughter walked in the next day and they discriminated against her and said they would not wait on her because I complain about the orders not being right. Now is this right for a company to do or professionall. Everyone works hard for their money and deserves to have a correct order. So just anyone be prepared u complain about your coffee not being correct the new assistant manager is on a power trip and u just may get banned. Where is the customer service for the customers
