09/26/2009 - Dirk Thompson
Great FOOD-fun atmosphere-great chef 4
Edit Review By Dirk Thompson r. Brodeur's On State Street
I have been to Brodeurs at least a dozen times. And though I wont argue that sometimes the service is slow, the waitresses seem to be getting better. In the Jackson room, if you plan on having a nice relaxed high end meal(cant find many around here) then this room is great. The crab cakes are the best I have ever tasted, and I have lived in MD, VA and South Carolina. the attention to detail on the entrees by Chef Brodeur is first class. The other room is loud but that's why you go there. Great high end bar food and a fun atmosphere. The bar area is fun when its hopping, and the bartenders are professional. Brodeurs on State Street, though the service is 3 star, everything else is top notch. I am bringing 11 people there tonight. Dirk T-New Jersey
