I was in for breakfast and watched the worker ring the register, handle and count money and then proceeded to handle the food with out removing or changing her gloves between each transactions and the five customer she waited on. Finally she was asked by a customer to change her gloves. I was shocked to see her ring up a customer and count out his money and immediately stuck her hand in the bain marie and began handling food..

Please instruct your employees that hand washing and changing gloves is mandatory.
