I stopped by a couple of days ago to a restaurant , CHEF UNCLE WILLIE on 301 McDade Blvd. we had a great time. The PRICES ARE GREAT !

I chose The Wing and fried a Fish which I enjoyed because it's hard to find a restaurant to fry fish to perfection.
The wings came out hot and the Taste was great but the seasoning was missing, in today's world that's not surprising because so many restaurants cut down seasoning because of Salt and other reasons but I enjoyed the crispy hot wings, with them I had MAC n cheese and collards which were delicious. My Sister had the same platter but she chose Yams, which were some of the best I tasted. The Customer service from CARMEN was the best I had in a long time, she was caring concerned about my experience and customer oriented.
If you go to any restaurant and those 3 things are missing I suggest you go somewhere else.I give Chef Uncle Willie 2 a Great approval to get the Delicious food to the table Hot with great customer service.

The Experience was well worth the Trip.
