HORRIBLE! Where did the old Casey's go? Ever since the female manager has been there its gone way down hill. Horrible service and all I heard was the manager screaming and saying inappropriate things. Never taking my family of six there ever again

I wish that I could rate the service and food separate. I would rate the service a (1). Sat ourselves. Server approached us right away with menus. She returned with our drinks, but failed to ask if we needed kids menus for our 7 & 9 yr old children. She never smiled and was far from friendly. When we had questions about the menu and specials, she acted like we should already know. We were the only table, but our food came out minutes apart . If we asked for something, she did not acknowledge us. My food was good, but my wife ordered steak medium rare, but it came back well. Too expensive for that kind of service.

I have been Casey's for awhile. The staff has its ups and downs depending on the mood the manager Maria is in. The food is very good most of the time. The regulars are the ones keeping this business running, not sure this is good either, but as long as Maria is around they will slowly start to stop coming around as well. Its sad that they go through so many employees due to management. You never know who will be there and what kind of service you will get so good luck if you care to go!!!!

Worse restaurant I have ever had dinner at. First off, the hostess had no where to sit us and we wandered around the restaurant for a few minutes and finally sat ourselves. Aside from the service, the restaurant is set up so weird as if it's a maze. The lounge, bar, and dining room were all set up so that it's confusing to know what door to go in and out of. Our server, while I understand it was not her fault, was so busy that it took over 20 minutes to get our first drinks. Then, as our appitizers came out (which took over 30 minutes), it was not even cooked. We ordered crab mushrooms and the mushrooms were still hard. After sending it back, it was better but we waited another 50 minutes for our meals. On top of this long wait, my sister-in-law's meal was so disgusting that she wouldn't even eat it. She paid $18 dollars for chicken marsala and she couldn't even eat it because it was so gross. On top of this, my boyfriends steak was cooked the wrong way. We were fed up to the point where we asked to speak to the manager and the response to this was "he is too busy to talk to you." This is so disrespectful because we ended up paying over $120 to eat here and it was awful. We spent 2 hours in the dining room and spent way to much money for what we thought was a "bar and grill." I advise NO ONE to eat here. worse experience ever.

If u like to drink alone, this is you're place. Tammy, I think was her name, was more worried with her I pod instead of acknowledging I was even they're. If you go look for Jen or Adrian, at least they're not one sided or play with they're phones or computers. The short lady was screaming m yelling like chef Ramsey, which was very RUDE ! Otherwise flip a coin...some good, some bad.

As a local I've watched this place fall apart. With the exception of one or two, the servers are unfriendly and uneducated. The bar is clean but usually dead although most tenders are polite. Couldn't help but notice the manager ( Maria) throwing temper tantrums on many occasions, seems like she's going to ruin another good bar! Food was better and cheaper untill she came along " way overpriced for the quality. Hope they soon come back around!

Never have I ever has such terrible service in my life! The server we had had no knowledge of the menu and even brought our salads out before our appetizer. The food was terrible and the the staff sorely lacking and not to mention the foul language I heard in the hallway outside the dining room.
