I frequently dine at the restaurant located in the Galleria when I visit. On a recent occasion, my meal was only lukewarm, surprising me as I had always assumed they prepared everything fresh. Occasionally, I have received steaks with a significant amount of gristle, making them unappetizing even for a very hungry bear.
