Order the chicken salad no dressing was in it. There was one tomato with lettuce fries that were soggy and about a teaspoon of cheese nothing else? ordered chicken wings that were undercooked and was charged $43.30 for the order. Had to go back in to get salad dressing and blue cheese as it was never put in either containers of food. This place is a joke anymore. Was OVER CHAGED as on menu it states the salad was $7.99 so I’m guessing the Dozen of wings were $35.?

My family has loved every meal we have gotten from this restaurant ( minus the pizza, it’s bar pizza). Nice portion sizes and reasonable prices. This is our go-to when we don’t feel like driving to the Villa. Also, we love Wingsday!!!

I love Ciceros. However, I ordered a quart of cheese broccoli soup and paid over $14.00 for it. That is ridiculous. Everywhere else it is usually around 7 or 8 dollars a quart. Also, they are the only place I pay a $1.00/surcharge to use my card.

To be totally honest , the appetizers (from restaurant Depot) were ok, its hard to mess up fried appetizers anyway. I got the meatloaf because the waitress told me they made it there, well , its was not very good, gravy was from a powder mix. The chicken wings were under cooked and not very flavor full at all, the other food we got was not very good either. However, the waitress was a sweetheart , which made me just pay the bill and not cause a fuss, but I will eat my feet before I ever go to Cicero's again. I was very disappointed to say the least. I wish them well but at the same time I am puzzled on how they stay in business, maybe we just caught the cook having a bad day or there was someone filling in that knew nothing about making food.

Always GREAT bar food and service!!!!! The owner goes out of his way to insure a Great time !!!!!! If you don't enjoy yourself ,maybe YOU Don't know how !!!!!

HORRIBLE food!!!! Would not adjust our bill, would not replace with another item. We even had a forirgn object in the mashed potatoes which, were uneatable to begin with. Thieves!!!! Throw some food on a plate and if they complain, make um pay for it anyways!! NEVER again

It's very unfortunate that Barbara Lackner wasn't happy everyone else at the table was. My server did check back with her and she never said a word about second steak until she got the bill, I find in the defense of my server this to be true after reviewing video. I have found in life that there are constant complainers and unhappy people and I am sorry for that . I offered Mrs Lackner a gift card for her bad experience.

Husband, friends and I went to dinner. Friends dinner was lukewarm. My first steak was overcooked. The second steak was raw and COLD.
Never checked on from server. Very poor service.
Was still charged. The next day after calling the owner, we were basically called liars (the owner speaking to my husband and myself).
Will never go back to a place like that.

The food is very good... however the customer service is horrible and the lighting in the dining room is depressing.

Everything we have tried has been very good, the fish sandwich is the best!! Steak salads are great, soups are great.

My husband and I live relatively close to Cicero's and it is our favorite go to restaurant! The pulled pork sandwich is honestly the BEST I've ever had. It's home cooked food, a great price, and is absolutely delicious! We would recommend it to everyone!
