Love it! Great food, reasonable prices, good service, great atmosphere. Don't come in a hurry - chill out, take in the country vibe and sit a spell.

Old time ice cream shack that goes beyond just ice cream. Food is terrific. Oozes nostalgia.

This restaurant has been around for a mighty long time and is still as great as when it first opened up 61 years age! Love the scenery nice countryside view, very relaxing even with the 50's theme going on, food & ice cream is terrific, prices have always been reasonable even in these times! They have fried chicken, subs, sandwiches, fresh cut fries, hard & soft ice cream with 50 different flavors, Sundays as well! Milkshakes are very thick! Staff is vary nice, if they make a mistake on your order they don't hesitate to make it right! They do have their busy times mostly when it's really hot outside! Sometimes I will call in an order and it's ready by the time I get there, I live about 20 mins away.

The food was surprisely good for being such a small place. It was crowded but that's expected since it's the only diner/ice cream shop in the area. The prices was reasonable. The overall experience was fine, it has old charm that makes you feel comfortable. Plus it's kid friendly which helps alot.

Best place for value and good food. Family visiting from Minnesota rated shrimp basket better than Phillips at the Inner Harbor, Baltimore! Fresh cut french fries are as good as Thrasher's.
