Every time I go to this Dairy Queen, I say NO MORE. LAST TIME! I love that they have a drive thru option, but the service is SO,SO slow. Cars can be wrapped around the building or just a few in line and the service is still the same---so slow. Not only is this an issue, but if someone requests something other than the usual, chances are they won't get it. Example, if you prefer chocolate ice cream over vanilla and order this, 7 times out of 10 you will get vanilla. It's always a surprise when you get home to see if you actually got what you ordered. Another issue I have, the treats are made, and they sit on the counter waiting for the correct customer. If you order a sundae by the time your car gets to the window, it is a milkshake!!! I feel sorry for the people who work here because if I am dissatisfied, I am sure others are too and they are probably verbal at times. I know every business, especially the food industry, has taken a real hit because of covid. Everyone is short handed, but for goodness sake, whoever owns this establishment needs to take a good look at some of these issues. They either need more help, or the help needs more direction. Unfortunately we do not have a lot of choices in the Leechburg area, or we would go elsewhere.
